Today you turned 20. You're no longer a kid anymore and, once again, you're older than me. How does it feel to be robbing the cradle? Hehe just kidding.

I really do hope you enjoyed your birthday, I only got to spend a couple hours with you but I really enjoyed them, they were a great break from life and everything that comes with it.

I'm sorry you didn't get to spend the day with your family, however I am happy that you were able to get some time with your sister over the weekend and some time with me today. I hope that at least somewhat makes up for not having your parents with you today.

Sorry that I couldn't give you the gift I really wanted to, but I really do hope you enjoyed your watch and the stuffed fishy I gave you, hope they make you think of me when you go home :)

t-minus one month (and some)

So in this blog I'm going to attempt to write as often as possible about the goings on in my life. Well, my love life specifically. As I'm sure can be told from the title of the blog, a very amazing guy is moving too far away and now instead of seeing him (even if for a brief period of time) a few days a week, I will now go to seeing him via Skype maybe a couple times a week if I'm lucky. 

Let's just say I'm not exactly looking forward to that.

Aaaaaaaanyways, this is where I've decided I'm going to write letters to him and such, which I have actually been doing offline in a journal for the past six months or so. I felt I wasn't doing that enough though, because hiding a journal can be difficult and having a sibling who will read it if she finds it isnt fun, so I'm going to try doing it here. I'm thinking about passing some of my entries from the journal into this blog but we'll see what happens.

In the meantime, oshawatt says hello!
